Rotorflush Filters New workshop and offices meet the  growing demand for our unique self-cleaning filter products…………..and sorts out social distancing!

6 years ago we announced that we had moved to new premises, and since then have been enjoying the benefits of the purpose built workshop and offices. However, recently we’ve found them a little….cramped.

Rotorflush Filters Ltd has grown over the last 6 years not only in increasing the number of products we offer and the customers we sell to but also the number of staff in the Company. So to continue our trend of being able to offer exceptional service and advance our development of specialist filtration and pump products it was clear we needed more space.

Luckily when we moved premises we made sure we had room to expand and have had a much bigger workshop built. Now we have more production space we can accommodate the manufacture of bigger filters, something we have seen an increased demand for over the last year. Rotorflush now offer innovative Eel screening strainers that can be installed to screen high volumes of intake water without recourse to major civil engineering works. We have also improved our access to load them on to pallet trucks; and of course we can make bigger filterpumps and filters, so we also needed a bigger testing tank, check ✓. Oh, and an overhead gantry crane……

Don’t worry – we are still at Langmoor Manor – we built ANOTHER new building next door! Our purpose built engineering workshop will improve the production of our award winning self-cleaning filter products and reduce lead times to our valued customers.

Our products enable greater water re-use and efficiency and cut energy consumption by making heat exchange possible even with contaminated water.  So it’s only natural that we’ve upped our eco credentials considerably as well.

The new premises are energy efficient being heated by a heat pump driven underfloor heating system, and most of our power is provided by solar panels.   It’s more than enough to keep our new electric van charged and ready to go.

All this extra space has let us expand our offices into the old workshop. More space means safe socially distanced working and the office staff are keen to get back to their desks in spite of the dramas of these weird and challenging times.
