How Rotorflush GT200 Liquid Solids Separators Work

How Rotorflush GT200 Liquid Solids Separators filter out debris and pump filtered water onwards for re-use or disposal. Debris and particulate left behind by our unique self-cleaning filtration technology is purged from an outlet below the separator as required.

What is a Rotorflush Self-cleaning Filter?

A Rotorflush self-cleaning filter is a filter or strainer that attaches to the suction hose pipe of a surface mounted water pump. Its purpose is to screen or filter dirty water so that the pump and any other equipment is protected from blocking.

How do I unclog a pump intake?

By far the best way of dealing with blocked and clogged pumps is to take steps to ensure that your pump does not get blocked in the first place. The use of self-cleaning intakes on suction hose, and submersible pumps with self-cleaning intakes will go a long way to achieving this.

Submersible Filterpumps™ with Self-cleaning Intake

Rotorflush Filters Ltd manufacture and supply submersible pumps with self-cleaning intake screens. The intakes to our filter pumps have an automatic and continuous backwash that prevents debris from clogging the pump. Water is screened as it is pumped, enabling the use of multistage centrifugal pumps in challenging water conditions with minimal maintenance.
