Our successful RUBI Range of submersible filter pumps with integral self-cleaning intake screens offers fine and coarse filtration while pumping up to 1000 litres a minute. The RUBI filterpumps are tough, heavy duty, industrial filterpumps. The RUBIs use Rotorflush's unique self-cleaning intake filter technology to provide the same low maintenance and efficient intake screening of our smaller filter pumps.

These filterpumps are cast iron with stainless steel intake filters. They are built around tried and tested Tsurumi pump motors. RUBI filterpumps deliver an uninterrupted supply of water while a continuous backwash keeps the intake, pump and other downstream equipment blockage free.

The powerful three phase motors have thermal overload protection and the intake screens are available in a range of sizes.

RUBI Range submersible Pumps have self-cleaning intakes that can be fitted with a range of mesh sizes:

  • 115 or 300 micron nylon filter mesh
  • 100 or 315 micron stainless steel sintered filter mesh
  • 1mm or 2mm woven stainless steel mesh
  • 3mm or 6mm perforated steel mesh.

 

Stainless steel mesh is ideal for more challenging environments. The RUBI range filterpumps are suitable for heavy duty use and can also be fitted with 316 stainless steel self-cleaning intakes.
