RF100 filters are general purpose pump suction hose filters with a built-in self-cleaning mechanism that backwashes the filter mesh as your pump draws water. Dirty water is screened at source, helping to prevent the intake, pump and any connected equipment from blocking.
These smaller capacity self-cleaning intakes are ideal for domestic and light industrial applications.

Rotorflush RF100 self-cleaning suction intakes can be fitted with:
The filter mesh is made up of replaceable bias-cut nylon mesh offering a very clean filtration, ideal for sampling. Spare filter cages are inexpensive and easy to replace.
Available in 60 micron, 115 micron or 250 micron.
For best performance from your RF100 filter, make sure the connections to and from your pump are secure. See that there is good clearance around the filter mesh so that back-washed debris can disperse, and that the filter is above any silt or sludge that may accumulate.
The smallest weigh in at less than a kilogram, the largest at about 1 kilogram, so the filter can be suspended in tanks, sumps or ponds by your pipework alone.
