Rotorflush Omnia filterpump fitted with 60 micron nylon mesh intake screen.
Omnia filterpumps can be fitted with:
The filter mesh is made up of replaceable bias-cut nylon mesh offering a very clean filtration, ideal for sampling. The inserts are inexpensive and easy to replace.
Available in 60 micron, 115 micron or 300 micron.
A robust screen that can be easily cleaned with a pressure washer. Ideal for heat pumps and other application with small tolerances.
Available in 50 micron, 100 micron and 315 micron.
A coarse screen providing ultra-low maintenance cycles, filterpumps with coarse mesh come fitted with rubber backwash jets which are suitable for handling larger particles. Ideal for eel passes.
Mesh apertures available: 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm
Due to their small size, Omnias can be installed in a number of ways.
The key thing to remember is to make sure that they have a lot of clear space around the mesh for the backwashed debris to be dispersed into and that they are not sat in a silt or sludge build up.
We also manufacture stands and guide rails to help site your Omnia.
