Rotorflush Filters Ltd. Returns Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for returning products to Rotorflush Filters Ltd. for warranty claims, repairs, servicing, and environmentally responsible disposal. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and the continued optimal performance of our pumps and self-cleaning filters.

1. General Return Conditions

All returns are subject to Rotorflush Filters Ltd.'s standard Terms and Conditions of sale, which are available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms prior to initiating a return. Before returning any product, customers should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Rotorflush Filters Ltd. Failure to do so may result in delays. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the exterior of the returned package.

2. Warranty Returns

Rotorflush Filters Ltd. offers a 1-year warranty on all its products from the date of purchase.  If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this warranty period, customers may return it for repair or replacement at our discretion. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for all warranty claims.

3. Returns for Repair (Out-of-Warranty)

Products that are outside the 1-year warranty period but require repair can be returned to Rotorflush Filters Ltd. for assessment and repair services. A diagnostic fee may apply, and customers will be provided with a quotation for repair costs before any work is undertaken. Shipping costs for out-of-warranty repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns for Servicing

Rotorflush Filters Ltd. strongly recommends regular servicing of its pumps and self-cleaning filters to maintain their quality, efficiency, and extend their operational lifespan. Customers can return products for routine servicing, even if they are not experiencing a fault. Servicing schedules and associated costs can be discussed with our technical support team, via our contact page

5. Environmentally Responsible Disposal

We accept returns of defunct Rotorflush products for environmentally responsible disposal. This service ensures that components are recycled or disposed of in accordance with relevant environmental regulations. Customers wishing to utilize this service should contact us for specific instructions on preparing and shipping products that have come to the end of their use..

6. Packaging and Shipping

All returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. It is recommended to use the original packaging where possible, and ensure that products are dry and adequately protected. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Rotorflush Filters Ltd., unless otherwise agreed upon for valid warranty claims. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Rotorflush Filters Ltd. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
