Nauti submersible filterpumps are high pressure centrifugal submersible pumps with a built-in self-cleaning intake. They can screen dirty water as they pump - the self-cleaning intake protects against blocking.

Nauti filterpumps are  high head, multistage pumps, ideal for industrial applications requiring up to 220 litres a minute.

Here are some typical uses of Nauti range filterpumps:

• Wash water for trash screens
• Dirty water systems on dairy farms
• Irrigation
• Screening process water for re-use

Nauti filterpumps are ideal for screening and pumping raw water for irrigation and industry, final effluent for sewage treatment works wash and for screening industrial process water.  For best performance, make sure that there is good clearance around the filterpump mesh so that back-washed debris can disperse, and that the filterpump is above any silt or sludge that may accumulate.

The smallest Nautis weigh in at 20 kgs, the largest at 28 kgs. Nauti filterpumps can be suspended in tanks, sumps or ponds. They can be suspended from floats or buoys, or raised and lowered on a guide-rail system.

Although they are self-cleaning all of our products will require a manual clean every once in a while.

The nylon mesh inserts are easily replaced and stainless mesh can be cleaned with a pressure washer. 

How often will depend on your mesh size and what you are filtering.

As a minimum we recommend the following:

• Mesh up to 115 micron should be cleaned or replaced every 1000 hours of use
• Mesh up to 315 micron should be cleaned or replaced every 5000 hours of use

All our products are guaranteed for a year. However, as a condition of our guarantee, and to protect against dry-running, we recommend the use of a starter panel or control panel capable of cos phi load monitoring when running three-phase filterpumps.
