The Jasper Range submersible pumps with self-cleaning intake screens are low and medium head submersible pumps with a maximum output of 1000 litres per minute. These filterpumps can be fitted with screen sizes ranging from 6mm perforated steel to 100 micron sintered stainless steel mesh.
The Jasper range filterpumps are low-maintenance and easy to install. You can pump and filter directly from your water source – the efficient self-cleaning filter protects the intake and pump from blockage. Ideal for pumping dirty water, keeping fountains running, irrigation and marine use.
The durable three phase motors have thermal overload protection and are available with both 50 and 60 Hz motors.

Jasper Range Submersible Pumps with Built-in Self-cleaning Intake Screens
The Jasper Range submersible pumps with self-cleaning intake screens can be fitted with a range of mesh sizes:
115 or 300 micron nylon filter mesh
100 or 315 micron stainless steel sintered filter mesh
1mm or 2mm woven stainless steel mesh
3mm or 6mm perforated steel mesh.
Stainless steel mesh is ideal for more challenging environments. The Jasper range filterpumps are suitable for pumping seawater and can be fitted with 316 stainless steel self-cleaning intake screens.

Rotorflush Jasper submersible pumps with integral built-in self-cleaning suction intake screens are available in three models offering low and medium head performance.
Low head models are the Jasper T22, T37 and T55, medium head models are the Jasper T22H, T37H and T55H

Jasper Range submersible pumps have three phase motors and are fitted with self-cleaning suction intake screens.
NB: It is very important that three phase motor filterpumps are connected to their power source correctly, to ensure that the pump motor runs in the right direction. When pumps run backwards they are inefficient and the motor may be damaged. To see how to test that the pump is wired correctly watch this video.
Please note that we strongly recommend the use of Control Panels and / or a Din Rail mounted Cos Phi Load Monitor with all 3 phase models to prevent damage to pumps.
Installing adequate load monitoring is a condition of our guarantee for these products.
